I\'m thinking more like live studio releases, like Dead Set (1980 at Radio City Music Hall). That\'d be cool if they \'recreated\' a live show.

Recreating a live set for both the nights? I guess it comes down to how exact are they going to be playing the albums at the Puppet House? Will it be Phish White Album, not for note, or will it be experimental? I think it will be note for note crunched in a quick 2nd set.

Either way, it should be great!

we\'ll see, but i dont think theyll be crunching anything in. theyll throw in a ton of their own jams ontop of already perfect covers.

I am sure that it will be a quick 2nd set and textbook covers. They will have plenty of time to noodle around with their own songs during the 1st and 3rd sets.

THE only live album worth recreating in my opinion is Zappa Live at the Fillmore.  The Mudshark is GOD!

hammonasset state park on the beach is 16 minutes down 95 from the puppethouse. i\'m almost 100% sure that myself, moebass, and fatboy will be camping there for the 2-night run... i might make reservations if lots of folks are interested.... heady home-made festival in the works here...
