Link location using both Mapquest and google maps
« on: April 22, 2009, 11:53:05 am »
When shows are posted their location is a mapquest link; while that is all well and good, i think that it can be agreed that google maps has emerged as the priemier mapping tool.

I would suggest two links, for mapquest and google, like there are links for the various hotel websites.

I agree. I never use mapquest, always google maps.

Come to think of it, I use all of google\'s products for everything.

I always use Rand McNally, now what?

Google only updates major cities on a regular basis.

Rand McNally has been doing it for hundred plus years.

I love Google and use google maps but have been chipped by gmaps in this area because of new roads that have been developed over the last few years.

Me too. I figure, what they do, and have always done, is make maps, so...

Plus, I really enjoy looking at maps, and theirs are prettier.

Me 3. I figured exactly the same thing Joc. I find quicker and shorter routes through them more often than not.
