this is so genius man.
I never gave tabs anytime of day tho :(
i\'d probably be better off with the key it\'s in and the changes. that\'s if i knew all my scales ;)

It\'s funny, I can transcribe music, but I find with tabs, it\'s much easier to visualize it on the fretboard.  But you have to know the song.

The usual thing to jam over a spanish type jam is

 l: E / / / lF/ / / GF :l  or just l: E / / / lF/ / / /:l

Use E spanish phrygian.  The easiest way to think about this scale is to take the three notes of the E major triad (E,G#,B) and play a 1-2-4 fingering off every note. It gives you the spanish phrygian scale without having to really think about every note you\'re playing.

So you can play off every E chord you know.

Ant-Man,  by the way I love your public profile pic.

wow, thanks man.
this is some valuable information,
to bad this old guitar only has four strings right now.

Do you know where there might be something online that loops changes so you can jam over them?

No prob man.  Yeah that is a tough one to get down.  Timing is everything.  Another thing to think about is that Tim doesn\'t usually play it the same every time, he\'ll  thrown in different fills  and improvise around the basic structure.  The version I tabbed out was from 99 (from the archive).

Yeah there is a great program called Band in a Box, just search it in google. You can download the demo.  It lets you type in the chords and you can select the tempo and style of the tune. You can do a lot more with it but I\'ve only scratched the surface with the program.
