If i wanted to pull a Grayson I would already have Ser and Timmy Tour copyrighted. So what now?

I only ask because I have it done. I made a call on my cell phone to my corparate lawyer I know who deals with copy rights and had her draw up the documents. You can buy it back from me, but the cost is pricely. Also, please refrain from using the word, as this is a violation on the copyright and I will sue. Thanks.

I was thinking we could just have clipart-y pictures of breakfast food and make up some cheesy saying like "My Breakfast can melt your breakfast\'s face off" (ok, that\'s retarded but just go with it)

Be proud of me...I enlightened about a dozen hardcore Dave Matthews Band fans about TB at his concert in Indy last night. I was only there because I had a cheap ticket. It wasn\'t a huge pile of suck, but it was nothing close to epic either. In any case, we\'ll have a few more new people on the boards in the next couple days.

Yeah, no kidding...the guys standing next to me said that was like their 13th DMB show. When I said my top 2 most epic concert moments were 1) Tube-->Antelope at Phish 6.23.04 (Deer Creek last summer) and 2) Scarlet Begonias at TB 04.29.05, they were pretty impressed. They said they\'d never met a Phish fan that put so much stock in a "small-name" band before, or even had a band besides Phish rival their most epic concert moment. I told them that was the very reason they should speed home and get on archive.org immediately. :)

hah nice...i love telling people about archive.org, best kept secret on the web.  Yea and it seems llike you had some real success with these guys, most of the time when i talk to me dmb fan freinds they refer to TB as "Phish 2" because they didn\'t understand my past obsession or my new obsession with the bfast!

Shirt arrived today - thanks chris. Still can\'t believe something shipped from CT on Thursday can get here today when our so-called first class mail can take that long.

And walsh, when those lot shirts get made, don\'t forget the international contingent; always looking for more breakfast shirts. I now have the pale blue/orangte b\'fast tee, the burgundy arrows tee and the ser shirt, alongside a pb FBC Tour shirt I got from Timmy P. They generally get kept for gigs and I have had some interest as a result.
