Have any of you seen New Monsoon?
Because the 5 times I\'ve seen them they were alot of fun and that Tabla player is insane!! Don\'t hate that which you do not "get" just let it go and let others enjoy.

Oh and if it came down to it I\'m sure many on this board would pitch in to "help the cause" if for some reason in some godawful backwater town The Breakfast were pinched. Be real.

Either way this is a breakfast board, and an INTERNET MESSAGE BOARD....so you must know with your thousands of posts that nobody just "lets things go" especially if its stuff they do not like/agree with....come on guy...I thought you were a bit sharper than that....

I would take a bullet for the breakfast.

I\'ve only seen New Monsoon once, when they opened up for Tea Leaf Green.  The place was pretty empty.  Needless to say I was there for TLG, and the New Monsoon set did nothing for me, except make me even more antsy to hear the real deal.  To much going on without enough order or texture.  That is what I remember about them.
Not sure what is gonna transpire. Regardless, we ain\'t gonna forget the gravy.

The first time I saw NM they did not impress me in the least. I thought they stepped over each other waaaay too much and when they did click it was too heavy a mishmash. I was def. in the camp of NM some good musicians and maybe a good band if they ever figure shit out but was not going to see them again ON purpose. I then saw them opening for some other bands and it seemed they were learning so I being the music lover and AVID supporter of the smaller bands out there trying their best, decided to go to a Winston\'s show of theirs and they were a blast. So I went again ON purpose and was not bummed.

Steve I understand that many on this board survive on not letting things go and that\'s cool. I will continue to point out what a waste it is to hate. Some poet by the initials R.H. wrote something along those lines in a song awhile ago and I try to remember it everyday.

Tickets are 39.50 Gen adm - not a bad deal for what you get.

Mgmt would have to be out of their f-ing minds not to take down toads if it\'s available and the band is in the region.  Get Umphreys in there for a sit in - totally sick show.
