http://www.dannyveghs.com/f-rules.htm

"Spinning the rods is illegal. Spinning is defined as the rotation of any soccer figure more than 360 degrees before or after striking the ball. In calculating the 360 degrees, you do not add the degrees spun prior to striking the ball to the degrees spun after striking the ball."

--so basically you can spin the guys all the way around before you strike the ball and after you strike the ball

718 degrees of rotation is allowed on a shot.

Forget about this thread. Lets concentrate on getting the band two nights on Rocksoff Boat Cruise.

I\'m sorry, but you cannot spin in foosball.  That rule you quoted is horribly worded, but it\'s clear that it is trying to say you can\'t.  Everyone knows you can\'t.  6 year olds go up to a foosball table and spin the things like they were a sesame street toy.  Any self-respecting grown person who goes to bars or clubs does not spin.  Besides, it doesn\'t help, you can snap about 10 times faster than you could ever spin.

i\'ve never once playing bowling in all the times I have been there spoon. I have however wasted hundreds of dollars  on pool, the juke box, scratch off tickets, foose ball and quick draw.
