pencilgrass Update - Aug 23, 2005:
<>

Welcome to this weeks e-mailer.  I\'\'m Chief Earl Moose and I will be your host for this (and ever) installment of pencilgrass news.  It is my honor and privilage to serve you and I hope the insight gained by reading this will serve you well now and forever.

So we\'\'ve got some shows coming up and a Southern tour in a month or so and its very important that you come out.  Why? Because with the new album just about set for release, we feel it necessary to take a breather and regroup.  With the constant playing, we\'\'ve been robbing ourselves of much needed rehearsal time.  A band must strike a balance and we have been doing an awful job.  So, that we might present to you the most polished and interesting versions of your favs and new and exciting material to boot, we\'\'re gonna take a little break.  Thus, it is the duty of every true lover of the Almighty Pencilgrass to come out to the shows we currently have scheduled.  These include...

pencilgrass Update - Sep 06, 2005:
I would like to thank my assistant\'\'s assitant Gers for taking care of the e-mail last week. I was on a case that required my full attention. I can\'\'t give away too many details, but suffice to say I was trapped in a smallish coffin-like container for a couple of days before emerging from the stale air into a seaside warehouse which smelt strongly of danger and clams. It should be sufficient to say that I tightened my belt as I rose out of the packing peanuts and reached for my Chief\'\'s Special.  Well, suffice it to say that nothing gives a man courage like the feel of ice cold steel, and it was only moments later that my back-up arrived to find themselves having needlessly sped to my side, ready to give assistance I no longer needed.
One should be suffited to know that I am back and bring a list of shows that include SOUTHERN TOUR DATES.
