The only thing the war on drugs is accomplishing is wasting valuable tax dollars on a continuous war that shows no signs of winning ever and filling the prison system with petty dealers who leave prison educated on how to be a real player.

stage a war against an enemy that makes money off of the average americans dependecies irregardless of it takes place that has very little support back home, wastes billions of dollars and has no clear end strategy?
