Almost anyone that has attended an Amherst or Northampton, MA Breakfast show knows that the best Wings are sold at The Hanger in Amherst. The ritual before a show out there (generally Iron Horse shows) has been to congregate with other Breakfast fans (last time the band was there too) and have a pre-game Wings feast. I can think of at least a couple dozen .inforumers who have participated in the ritual feast and most swear that they have never had a better boneless wing.
I\'m curious to know if there are other cities and states that may have wings that are worth trying. Almost every wing I\'ve tried from a pizza and sub joint has paled in comparison to the meaty wings in Amherst.
I too am a wing conniseur... I love them... hot... but a vinegary / tobasco type hot.
I never ate at The Hanger, but it seems like alot of people like their wings...
So, do you like them plump & juicey or leaner & drier... I tend to be a leaner / drier type of guy.
I will put my "best wings on the planet" spot up against any others....

I gotta disagree on this one.....i\'ve been there several times and everybody claims their the best, but they were alittle above average in my book. Do\'nt get me wrong, they were good but no where near as good as the hanger.
