Hah! Just got 4 free top shelf margaritas at a Mexican restaurant up the street. Pretty much a VIP up there when a certain server is working. Got a dang tequila headache now.

not sprite, but this is what I\'m drinking tonight:
Blood Orange Margarita
1/2 cup blood orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 cup Triple Sec
3 cups ice
1 cup white tequila
Combine the blood orange juice, lemon juice, Triple Sec, and ice in a blender and puree until completely blended. Add the tequila and puree for 2 seconds more.
We used a blood orange in our margaritas last night. Must be that time of the month...
my "perfect margarita:"
Juice of 1 blood orange
2 oz. Tequila - Sauza blanco
.5 oz. Cointreau
.5 oz. triple sec - or, Grand Marnier, if you have it! (we didn\'t)
1 oz. lime juice
4 oz. sweet & sour
ice - on the rocks, not crushed.
mix & serve. :drool:
