After a few conversations last night, let me help out the gang with some knowledge as a former bus driver and current Boston resident.
When you rent a bus for a night, they pick you up and drop you off whenever and wherever you want. If you need to change venues 2, 3, or 10 times, you just give them the agenda and that\'s what they do. The driver either stays in the bus the whole time while you are at your event, or if he wants to get out it is up to him to know where he can park it.
To that end, have the bus driver drop you off at Fenway NOT AT HARPERS. There is a bus dropoff zone on Ipswich Street (at the end of Landsdowne Street) near Jillian\'s. If there is pregame bar action, I recommend going to Jillian\'s because it is enormous and can easily take on a group of 30 whereas a lot of other Fenway area bars will be too mobbed for a group this big to comfortably get in.
Tell the bus driver you need to be picked up, same spot, at 10:00. If Phish gets out later it doesn\'t matter, he\'ll be there. Then have him drive you to Harper\'s. It is a 30-40 minute walk between Harper\'s and Fenway if you\'re sober and moving well. If you\'re wasted it will be even longer. It\'s not an impossible walk but you need to really be up for it and I\'m not sure anyone wants to spend over an hour of precious partying time walking on this night. If you paid for a bus then I don\'t see the point, get what you paid for and use the bus.
