to post pics here, they have to be on the web first (ie, you can\'t post pics from your harddrive or email). then get the url of the pic and and write
at the end. or you can push the button that looks like the mountains in the quick reply box in between the world and the quote looking thing. it\'ll pop up a box for you to input the url and will do the [img] stuff for ya!
You should also be able to copy/paste them. Although you may have to switch the editor mode (the A/A) thing on the upper right.
For facebook, go to photos, then create new album, then just choose the photos to upload. its really easy.
