When you\'re driving and you see this:



You apply your foot to the break until the vehicle is prevented from all forward motion. You look both ways and then continue forward.


You DO NOT take the corner without applying your break and hit the guy jogging through the crosswalk who was already IN THE INTERSECTION before you illegally flew through it. I stopped fast enough to just grab the front left corner of the suv as she skidded to a stop, but really, was that neccessarry?

Hey, while we are at it, please don\'t throw glass bottles out your car windows, they give bicycles flat tires. You don\'t throw glass bottles and I promise not to randomly roam parking lots looking for car tires with a pneumatic nail gun.

no, but she pulled up along side me a minute later to see if I was ok and I told her you have to STOP when you come to a STOP SIGN. About half way through the sentence I noticed the little girl sitting in the passengers seat. Driver said "I know, I\'m sorry".

If anything, hopefully the girl will learn something from it.

Glad to hear you are not in traction Paul.......

You must have had some restraint becuase if that happened to me, the little girl in the car would have had a few new words in her vocabulary......nice work.  class all around.....

I was listening to OK computer around let down and it was downpouring. I was in a very passive mood. Never would have thought of swearing though.

I did say \'watch it\' kind of loud when she hit me though. :shrug:
