having recently upped the fiber in my diet, i\'m now eating a bowl of Kellogg\'s All-Bran a day. Kellogg\'s has this \'challenge\', where supposedly if you eat a bowl a day for 2 weeks, you\'ll be a lot less tired and feel great. i\'m on a week right now, and i think it\'s working - i haven\'t felt the need to reach for my daily Vivarin at all, so that\'s good..

oh, and it\'s also working in the department that i picked it up for in the first place.. i\'ve gone from shitting MAYBE once a day, to squeezing a nice 3-4 out daily for the past week! :thumbsup:

mark, just know this - everyone wins here.. see, last month, i brought some terrible gas with me to upstate NY. people were getting heated, and i kept hearing, "Dave, GO TAKE A ****!". thing is, it\'s not that easy. i couldn\'t. i didn\'t have to.

things are much better down there now, and i hope to show it off in the coming weeks.

Dave this is amazing! Let\'s do some math real quick; say you get paid $15.00 an hour and you work 8 hours a day. Personally I\'d try to take 3 at work and 1 at home. This would bring your **** salary up to ~ $1800.00 a year.

gabo, i think that if there is one kind of food i could live on (along with the necessary water to survive) it would be cereal. i **** love carbs...fruity pebbles, trix, honey combs, cinnamon toast crunch, pops, lucky charms, rice krispy TREATS cereal, captain crunch..i could go on forever

Dave- You want a great cereal with fiber...check out Kashi. In the natural/ organic section of your grocery store. VERY high in fiber and protein, moderate amount of NATURAL sugar....VERY good for you! Been on a high fiber "eating plan" for a while now and loving it!! AND...:holyshit:, 3-4x/ day, most at home= poor Lisa :lol:
