I thought this was last Sunday, why else would New Haven have had the parade last week?

may be true but he is the patron saint of Ireland and he died on March 17th, hence the Saint Patrick\'s Day celebration.

I didn\'t even realize it was St. Patrick\'s Day when I ordered a Guinness at 1am.

I think I had too much last night to warrant a single drink for today.

What is St. Patrick\'s Day?  Just a windfall day for the beer companies to most Americans.
