It really is too bad the Beverage Barn is closed now.
For those that don\'t know I moved in to an Apartment above a Beverage Dist. (really a microbrew, imported beer haven etc) many years ago. For many years we were as spoiled as spoiled could be when it came to beer. I would simply walk down a flight of stairs and have my choice of beer from around the world. This place was known for years in the area for the place to go for really good beer etc (albeit expensive kind of. I always got the renters discount

) Any way they have been basically out of business now for about a year or so. The local grocery stores have picked up the slack a bit and there is a dist. in the next town which isn\'t bad. But nothing beats living above a beer store (well for a beer lover anyway)
^ total bummer!! selection was top notch. i, too, miss this joint.
