I\'ve never actually seen a Biscuits show, so you should know I\'m well qualified to break balls in that department ;)

They actually played at Good Times 3 times.  And yes, it was an arcade/pool/batting cages/go kart place (now closed and torn down), but they also had an entirely separate music venue with a nice tables-and-dance-floor setup and very respectable lights and sound.  But you\'re right, it\'s still lolz because nobody, and I mean nobody, ever played there besides local meathead cover bands.

The show in question, 11/3/01, was my first ever show as tour manager.  In a classic it-sucked-horribly-then-but-it\'s-funny-now moment, the other band, who played first but was splitting the cash with us evenly, got to the club manager first and took ALL of the money by saying that they would pay us out.  But instead they just took off with all the money.  I thought I was gonna be fired.  It took a week to shake them down and get a check sent in the mail from their manager.  Good times.  Literally.

First show I saw in college and my first time ever in Northampton at all was Disco Biscuits at Iron Horse on 9/11/99.  It was rad.  Surprised I did not follow tDB harder after that. Then again, 2 months later was my first PB show ever at Butterfield so I think that explains it!
