In case you never had the privilege of meeting Tim Palmieri this is totally something he would say.
what\'s the deal with Stoops? Lives in New Haven now?
Met him a few times...totally threw me off though.

Fairfield. When Raq split he moved south to the Carolinas. Did his time down there and decided he missed the north east. Tried to move to NYC but the schools blow and it\'s too pricey. Found a place in Fairfield County and is happy where he is. Good schools, centrally located... He\'s from North Haven I think so this is not a stretch from the norm.

Todd is living back in the CT from what I have heard. Have seen him around more as of late.
Glad that we can benefit from this situation. They all like playing music together and its fun to watch.

ohhhh, that makes so much more sense now!
I thought he was from Stratford originally. Sean Miller knew him from back then. Actually think Sean dated his cousin. That was a long time ago.

Kung Fu: "It\'s Lethal Funk"
Tim Palmieri
Some of today\'s most innovative musical minds ? who have played with the likes of John Scofield, Warren Haynes, Dave Matthews Band, The Breakfast and RAQ ? will be pushing the boundaries of improvisation each week at Stella Blues in New Haven, CT.
Calling themselves Kung Fu, this new super group consists of Tim Palmieri (The Breakfast/guitar), Todd Stoops (RAQ/keys), Kris Jensen (sax), David Livolsi (bass) and Adrian Tramontano (The Breakfast/drums).
"Everyone is a monster," says Palmieri, who is a regular in the New Haven music scene. "This music is going to be funky, mature and powerful."
Consider it the martial arts of the music world, if you will.
"It\'s lethal funk," continues Palmieri. "It\'s music smart and strong enough to defend one\'s self, or art\'s self. I love this music."
Kung Fu will be playing a mix of covers, improvisations and eventually will be writing original material as well.
