and while i\'d certainly rather the band headline everywhere and draw well, i think that getting in front of folks *has* to be the primary focus this time around. and sure enough, this\'ll do it!

I saw DSO is playing Flagstaff the day before the Breakfast, and DSO is playing the day after the Breakfast in Tempe.  The dudes I\'m travelling with suggested we see DSO instead of the Breakfast and I said NO FUCKIN WAY.  Not unless you want to get dropped off in the middle of the desert and left for buzzard bait.

i can understand why it\'s odd to think of the breakfast opening for a cover band like phix, but there is definitely good logic behind that. i don\'t think i would be upset if they opened for DSO, it would be strange, but i would love to see the two bands in the same night. i love dso and obviously love the breakfast.

on a sidenote, i am so **** tempted to go out to colorado!!
