Is this confirmed?  It\'s on .org, but not on MJG Productions and definitely not on Harper Ferry\'s site.  There\'s already a band w/ 2 opening acts scheduled (7:00 - doors / 8:00 - show).  If all 3 bands combine for only 3 hours, that\'s 11:00.  If there enough time to break down their gear and load in TB\'s gear for a 12:00 start.  I believe curfew for bars in boston is 2:00...

i will be there!  and it\'s about a 25-30 min walk from fenway to harper\'s in allston.  i would suggest just walking, b/c then you don\'t have to park in allston too.  you can also hop on the B Line from kenmore/Blandford St to Harvard Ave.  If its a 12 am start, and phish ends at 11, you\'ll totally be able to make it to harper\'s before the band plays.

Harpers Ferry is a 400 capacity room, it?s the size of an airplane hangar, and can be very depressing to play when it?s empty.  Therefore please think about how many fans you can pull into Harpers Ferry before you ask for a gig here.
