My friend, Pat Reilly, is not on the board.  He grew up in Stratford, CT and I\'ve known him since high school (a long time ago).  Been to many a Dead show with him.

He lives in White Plains.  He\'s coming in from work in New Jersey, though, and making up all kinds of excuses why he can\'t make it.  It\'s his birthday and I\'ve been trying to get him to a Breakfast show for some time.

oh man! i gotta meet him so i can have a ride buddy from w\'chester! then you\'ll see him out at more shows! :D

Sorta torn but walking 5 minutes down the street for my friend vs. driving 2.5 hours for a probably epic show....

feel like it\'s been forever since i\'ve seen them here. last august maybe? that show was absolutely unreal. linkage. check the 28 minute jam>gravity, very funky jam>taboot, "slow" what the funk in the middle of ser wich, a spectacular beef barley, and a 31 minute tunage. those are the highlights, but the show is really phenomenal. too bad there were only about 20 people there (on a friday in CT). i hope there\'s a better turnout tonight because i\'ve never seen a show there that wasn\'t awesome.
