  WAMPUM - There will be no jamming at the JamBaloosa festival in Wampum this month. The proposed concert June 27-29 at Mines & Meadows was canceled.
  
  Dave Tullis, vice president of business development for Mines & Meadows, said the ATV park canceled its deal with JamBaloosa after concert promoter Erick Gross failed to meet a Tuesday deadline to provide an insurance policy and half of an undisclosed down payment.
