heard murmurs of the setlist for this show last evening. its going to be a good Saturday afternoon at Camp Bisco.
Camp Bisco VI
Second Stage
Saturday August 18, 2007 (5:00-6:30pm)
I: Puppetry, Hard Luck Harry > Rufus* > Buquebus** > Overexposure, See the Light > Hard Luck Harry^
E: Gladys Pimp and the Kangeroos w/ Me
* Jam into ending only
** Unfinished
^ Very end fast guitar part (w/ jam out of STL)
This would be a monster.
As long as they still come to Colorado!! No way I can make camp, but I gotta see them in CO.
as far as I know the shows are going to be rescheduled.
for the street survivor tour....
(sorry DBT reference there. none of y\'all yanks\'ll get it, prolly...)
also, in the vein of this and numerous other threads here on our beloved dotinfo, let me be the first to ay, the new four piece line up sucks and they should have stayed with the three piece.

not exactly but a couple of those songs will be played.
doughboy > WUIAC > buquebus > attraction > buquebus, rufus > see the light* > HLH > episode 1 > HLH
E: mayfly > overexposure > mayfly (ahoy! section)
*inverted
due to increasing excitement, this setlist is quite ambitious, but i feel like if they have only 90 minutes in which to work with, they should be playing for at least 88 of them. just my 2 cents
Vocoder Jam > Superfly Phaddy Fat, Drunk Monk Bar, Escher\'s Part 3 > Escher\'s Part 4, The Late and the Great > Buquebus > Overexposure > Buquebus
E: Jam > Attraction to Shade Ditty > Puppetry
doughboy > WUIAC > buquebus > attraction > buquebus, rufus > see the light* > HLH > episode 1 > HLH

Aaah, a Doughboy opener - a good call, recalling the heady days of 2004!! Ron\'s bass on that would certainly set the scene for a facemelt.
I think the band have got to be quite cute on their setlist choices: too rocky and they will go over the heads of the bisco fans, but if they go out to outrance the biscuits (which an epic Queeb would run the risk of doing, especially with keys back in the mix), they will be accused of being copyists and even if they are as good, nay better than tdb, there will be an anti-vibe. I just think they should be themselves and play what they would consider their usual festival type set. Looking at the artist list, they are going to stick out in terms of style anyway, so let their musicianship do the talking.
And also, major props to whoever got them on the bill - it\'s been a long time coming. Let\'s hope this exposure is the beginning of something big - maybe it will lead to a tour with one of the scene\'s big boys, or even get me out to Amsterdam next March!!
I\'d like to see a March Amsterdam appearance.
If Amsterdam happens, I\'m there!
just open with jam>sleeping beauty and everything else will take care of itself
They should just look at the crowd for an hour and a half and look at the instruments like its the first time they ever seen them.
saturday tix $80. weak sauce.
