I also heard now instead of Umelt due to them thinking they are god gift to man kind that Moonshine Still might be the added band....
Any suggestions on who you would like to see thats in the same type of price range as the lineup that is announced already...
Right now its up between:
Spam Allstars
Moonshine Still
I personally would be happy either way, I saw Moonshine Still for the first time at Camp Barefoot last year and really liked them(infact this choice reminds me that I wanted to check out more of their stuff). I didn\'t actually "see" Spam Allstars last year but I coud hear their whole set from our campground, and they def sounded good. Both good bands.
I\'ve never seen either of these bands but I really liked the Vida Blue album that featured the Spam Allstars.
Either band would be good. But if I had to cast a vote it would go to Moonshine Still.
yeah, I\'d say if forced to choose I\'d probably go MsS too.
so yall dont like Umelt at all, what if we go with them...they contacted us back and really want to do it....what do you think?
hey man if they bring some people to the festival don\'t worry about what 4-5 people think

I\'ve checked them out a few times. They are good musicians, but they get stale for me quite quickly. Their jams start to build and make me think "oh...they\'re about to go into something very cool...wait...wait...wait...it\'s coming...it\'s coming" and then after waiting for what seems like an eternity of a flat jam, the song ends. Then I stand there thinking "what the
****? I thought that was going somewhere." But it just doesn\'t. Maybe it\'s just me, but I think they could do and be soooo much more, but they aren\'t. I will still give them another chance...or two...or three, but I wouldn\'t go out of my way to do it.
i\'ll take umelt! i\'ll take either. music is good
i share todd\'s opinion of umelt. not bad, but i feel like they could do/be better/more. i like mss plenty, they won\'t change your religion, but are a damn fine time. however, i also feel like they could be doing more by now. that being said, i really dug their set last year!
either way, i\'ll still be there groovin\'!

I really couldn\'t have said it better myself. Except the fact that I have already given them many chances, and I\'m over it. That being said, there\'s not much that would keep me from this festival right now, I\'m there one way or the other UMelt or no.
I am so happy I don\'t have to work on thursday of the festival. I am looking forward to the bridge. hopefully next year they will get a friday saturday slot.
I like the idea of a superjam.
yeah thursday night is going to be funked up!!!
Thursday July 26th, 2007:
