I really enjoy the IMUS show.  Been listening to him since I was knee high to a grasshopper.  It\'s a nice mix of politics and comedy.  Rob Barlette is definitely a comedy genius.  Plus the crotchetty ol\'man Imus routine fits right into my own vailed disgust for most of what I see around me every day.

too each his own, but this guy makes me want to tear my ears off.

i\'ve been listening to imus daily for about 7 years now. love it. it\'s not just imus that makes the show great, it\'s everyone else he has with him.. Rob Bartlett is on daily as Brian Wilson, Dr. Phil, Jack Nicholson, and more.. Bernard McGuirk is probably the funniest on the show.. his Cardinal Eagan bit is absolutely hilarious.. have a listen:

imus also has a wide variety of guests on, and is a great interviewer... i also like the fact that when i\'m home on fridays, i can catch the show on msnbc..

Barlett doesn\'t do Nicholson or Kennedy, Larry Kenny does them.  Kenny is not as quick @ improv as Barlett, but his impressions are dead on.  I think McCord does most of the writing for Kenny.

As thanksgiving approaches, I eagerly await the appearance of Wilfred Brimley and his ongoing love affair with turkey and stuffing.

some people think that Imus going to MSNBC has ruined him, but I think that having those guys, "get into character" adds a lot.  Barletts B. Wilson impression slays me.

"Hi Opey!"

Another beautiful fact about Satellite Radio: The more bumblefucked your location, the better Satellite radio comes in.  Time for you to get Sirius!

i have serious at work, and theyre always playing \'Hot Lanta\' from Bonafide on the jamband station.  Man, of all the songs they could chose from? how do we stop this?

I have called them about 20 times and requested they play something off of deuce, but i have yet to hear anything other than Bona Fide tracks.

Everyone who has Sirius should give a call and ask them to expand on their breakfast menu...or even if you don?t.
1-877-33-SIRIUS...I think

channel 17

Can\'t stand Stern anymore. His show is way too redundant. Same old **** all the time, lesbians, midgets, etc. Funny sometimes but gets old. I also don\'t think Robyn is very funny at all. She doesn\'t do much.

I do like Imus and his grumpiness. I also think he\'s a pretty good guy, unless the deal with that woman is true. Who knows. Anyhow I find him entertaining although a bit annoying sometimes.

I\'m an O\'Reilly fan myself. Oh my god yes I said it. Leith don\'t go crazy on me here. ;) I never said I agreeded with him, I just like his show. LOVED that **** Jay Severeign\'s show... wish it hadn\'t gone off the air due to contract issues. He is great. Such a smart man, and quite the wordsmith, not to mention he\'s a real bastard which makes for great listening.

Now how can you not like Stern who is very upfront about his ludeness yet like a guy that is obviously a slimeball misogynist hiding behind the facade of being the voice of the "moral majority".
I\'ll give you that Stern is watered down but that was due to FCC interference. With the move to Sirius I think the Stern most of us remember will return in full force. God help us if Fartman ever returns!
