I expected more from that cast.

Really?  I think we got the best from that cast.  Virtually, the cast wasn\'t a-listers for comedy.  Or at least, main stream comedy.   I kept feeling that the movie was missing key players from other movies...like a Wilson brother, or Vince Vaughn, or Will Ferrell....

Ed Helms\' and Zach Galifianakis\' roles were fairly disappointing overall.

Zach could have went so much more overboard with his character and Ed had too few lines.

Those 2 are true comedic geniuses and their talent went to waste imo.

I thought they nailed both roles. I loved this movie.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

i want to know what the deal was with the new Woody Allen movie. I heard nothing about it, and all the sudden, I see Larry David on Conan...and he\'s the star.  ???  It opens this friday just in NY and LA....but across the nation on July 3rd.    Anyone else hear anything about it??  Love Larry, Hate Woody.  I will be torn.

that clip they showed on Conan was HYSTERICAL.  Bringing Larry and Woody together was destined to happen and I\'m pretty excited about it.  Taking all that awkward embarrassing comedy that Larry does so well, and back it up with Woody\'s genius writing.  I think if you\'re a fan of either of these guys this movie is gonna be awesome.  If your up in the air about them, you\'ll probably hate it.

i liked the clip.  it looked like something you\'d see out of CYE.   I just hope i dont have to actually see Woody Allen in the movie. Its not so much Woody\'s writing, its woody himself i dont like seeing.  (Like i LOVED matchpoint....but i hated Scoop cause he was actually in it)

Just watched The Reader. Definitely thought-provoking, well-made and well-acted, but I prefer a bit more entertainment with my symbolism.

I also watched a documentary called Bigger, Stronger, Faster*. Entertaining, well-made, and certainly the most unbiased look at the "steroid issue" that I\'ve ever seen. Chris Bell bothers to find legitimate, pro-steroid (or, at least, not really anti-steroid) sources beyond the expected bunch of meatheads at a Gold\'s Gym.

Definitely a well-acted movie.  Kate Winslet and whoever that make up artist was gets props, cause they made her a believable old woman.

Finally got to watch Rachel getting Married after having it in my house (netflix) for over a week.  Heavy movie.   Not the Anne Hathaway you normally see.  She really puts in an amazing performance as a recovering drug addict going home from rehab for her sister\'s wedding.  There was one scene between her mother and her, that brought me to tears, cause it hit home so hard.  To me, that always = good acting.

Saw Public Enemies last night. I didn\'t like it, but I definitely get the feeling that I\'m alone one that one.
