  Ha! Possibly the first big time concert I ever went to. Circa 1974 they played the Uris Theatre in NYC. First rock band to ever play on Broadway.

• The only thing worse than using your name in a band i.e. ELP, MMD is using a made up name:
  Big Head Todd and the Monsters
  Hootie and the Blowfish
  At least Big Head Todd allowed himself to be called by this name. Hootie would get all mad when people called him Hootie.  Ass!
