Cool line-up! Two bands who did pretty well over here. Missed the SDs though when they toured here - guess I spend too much time here to find out about other tours. (Missed k-dub and spearhead when they toured together a couple of years back too!

And as for th ecomment about the SDs being a one album band, I got three albums which don\'t back up that assertion.

Just cause you only listened to the popular album/radio stuff does not make a band a one album band. It is OFFICIAL...The Breakfast have some of the most close-minded music fans in the entire jamband scene. It is unreal how anything not Breakfast/Timmy gets BASHED anytime it is brought up.

I just wanna say that before they got famous and big, that singer for the spin doctors would bum beers off of anyone at the wetlands.. He was a pain back in the day.. He had a good voice but I think he had throat problems over the years... I think Carl Carter may have played bass for them on a tune for one of there albums too.. Now thats one sick ass bass player mofo (Carl that is).... Bean

Not really. I have a bunch of their stuff, thought they were pretty good back in their heyday. They nosedived hard and fast, and I just have no desire to hear them anymore.

Breakfast has raised the bar for music, and there is very little out there that hits the bar. The bashing is all in fun from me, so don\'t take it personally....

I wasn\'t saying it about you Mark. The album comment and the band bashing were two different thoughts. It is just a fact that for some reason anything that isn\'t Breakfast/tB related is thought to suck by many and I am just sick of it personally. This will be my last post on this Tribal Funk Affliction area of this board, it just isn\'t worth it for me. I will just stick to the Breakfast Babble section from now on, PEACE!

Gin Blossoms pretty good actually. Spin Doctors blew so much so that Chris started making fun of how much fun people were NOT having. It was pretty pathetic. Like a little kid that throws a fit because you don\'t pay enough attention to them.
