ok....here it is...first..burlington..what a great city...i hear pbdidn\'t get a great crowd on thurs and thats disa pointing but i really liked the city and think the breakfast will eventually find an audience there...maybe you college folks can spread the word at uvm..or we could get grey invited up there for the weekend..lol..the moe show(s) were great fun. the free show was actually really scary and i think it came very close to being a BIG problem. the city never got prepared for the size of the crowd but even so...it was a cool scene until they started making mistakes..the stage was at the end of a street that is now closed and set up like a walking outdoor mall...lot\'s of nice stores...great bars and places to eat...but kind of narrow with no place to go from block to block. after the show started, the city officials decided they wanted the sidewalks on either side in front of the stores clear. these were completely filled with people who had found a spot to see the band...just another fairly crowded moe show....they forced these people to move IN from both directions and the people in the middle (ME) were getting beat up pretty bad..we couldn\'t move and were completely at the mercy of the crowd...if one person had gone down it would have been tragic..i\'ve seen over 150 dead shows and been a fireman for 17 years and i\'ve never felt that helpless and frightened....we managed to start a flow out and eventually found a spot side of the stage next to the enclosed tent and enjoyed what we could, knowing we had tix for later at hg. (we know both drummers a bit, so we had some cool interaction with them during this).....back to the hotel for rest and some dinner...then off to the hg for a great show....couldn\'t belive how few tix grovelers there were..it was sold very nicely...not oversold at all...i think perhaps on purpose as this was to be a bit of a family gathering..and VERY COOL ...i understand when the show started...they let every moe.ron outside IN...great first set followed by a classic 2nd...even with a bunch of the new songs, everyone was just blown away...the only thing that stopped em was the curfew...now....gfunk....we got to get our boys to moe.down....i\'ve been pushing them on the moe pt board and to anyone in the moe.org that i can, but any other moerons in here need to start the helping.....what does grey call it...a grass roots effort....and when this works....YOU ALL HAVE TO SHOW UP....even leith
**** yeah man.. It\'s time for the breakfast at the .down....
Hey what is your PT name.. lemme guess, dsdonn?
"i\'ve seen over 150 dead shows and been a fireman for 17 years and i\'ve never felt that helpless and frightened"

hey scott....you f*&^$ing pain in my ass.....give me a call...(when someone won\'t call you back, they cain\'t hide on the pb board...unless their a lurker pansy)
