• I saw "The Devil in Daniel Johnston" last night.  AMAZING documentary!  anyone here listen to his stuff?  i love the work of people who straddle the line between genius and madman (and often stumble into the latter).

• saw the movie, thought the movie was great.  music, eh, not so much. i can understand how people like some of the lyrics but to me, the lack of raw talent (musician-wise) just masks any writing talent he may have.

• Ronnie bought one of his cds back on the first midwest run i was on.....
  Definitely a horse of a different color....
  
  I love the King Kong tune......So powerful and beautiful.....In my opinion the best song written about a movie EVER....
