These guys were really fun. I saw them at the Iron Horse that last go around he had with this lineup... June of 2008 I think. It was their first show together in public, used the place like a warmup gig and they all just seemed to cut loose and have a great time.
it was at the iron horse, and was a good time.
I might hit up the pearl st. show, I wish tix were alittle cheaper at the moment
you know i thought it was at the iron horse but i second guessed myself when i saw pearl st on the schedule this time. thanks! hope ypu get to make it to at least one show!

Ya, probably should have been at pearl st. as the iron horse was packed that night, kind of cool seeing them in such a small place though. I hoping to get to the show too, booked a trip to mexico a couple weeks ago so I gotta pay that off first. I do have furthur and snow.down coming up, and will get PJ tickets if they announce any local shows, and should be at sullys this weekend so it\'s not that bad
lock up your children!
Notice it\'s an all ages show. Meet and greet w/ photos afterward?
On another note, anyone who plans on going- be there promptly. This is one of those pre-dance party shows, so he\'ll be off by 11.
**** yeah i gotta at least go to the one in lebanon

Is this a regular thing for him to be outta Toads by 11 or just happen to be the way the schedule falls? I remember the last time he played there with Leo Kottke he was done early too. Either way should be a damn good show! I totally appreciate Mike and all his weirdness. The gig I caught at the Iron Horse, I\'d never seen him so enthusiastic, talkative and outgoing. Even when he played with Leo at that other gig, he was just the Mike we see at Phish usually... quiet & sullen with the non-stop head bobbing and a nose blow into a towel here and there.
^^ he was too busy winking at me and looking down my shirt at that toads show!!!!! I also do not recall a nose blow in a towel....ewwwwwwwwwwwww

You\'ve never seen him do that? He does it on stage once in awhile, I\'ve caught it a couple times, not sayin its a regular thing. But for someone who doesn\'t move much on stage, anything out of his normal repertoire is sticks out.
i mean i am sure i have...but i always too busy being a dancing fool
The Great Wall of China and Mike Gordon\'s nose are the only two structures that can be seen from outer space. Naturally this is because Mike Gordon is an alien. Little know factoid from the asteroid. True story.
Ellis got my guestlist...oh wait....sorry chipper
