Man that was the longest Wilco show I have ever seen. A few minutes over 3 hours with no setbreak. I have for a long time wished Wilco would drop the opener and lengthen their sets a little and it really paid off.
They staged the changeover into and out of the acoustic set perfectly with the squall from Poor Places going into acoustic Kidsmoke (which KILLS!) and then Outta Mind going into Misunderstood syncing up perfectly
I thought Tweedy was a little bit cranky at first because the crowd was soo rowdy compared to the seated Theater shows they have mostly been playing on this tour but after a while we won him over and he just made the show as rowdy as possible. He was eating it up by the end and visa versa.
damn.
thanks.
this will make its way onto my ipod.
no problem! my buddy taped it and another buddy tagged it, so its ready to go! all reports are that it was a stellar show!
too bad i tutor until 9, then have to watch lost...
god I love those early nineties shows. Nice work fredwardo
gosh, I\'ve got tons of 90-91 on disc, you want some? They are just collecting dust over here.
yes please
i don\'t have a list, but I would say that I have a good chunk of 90-91. I could put something together. You pay the shipping, and they\'re yours! Anyone please pm me and we can set something up. Too many discs that I just don\'t listen to and don\'t want to move anymore.
I\'ve got a plane trip coming up next week....anybody have any good comedy cd\'s they can upload? Also still looking for any band of horses cd\'s, found one but it\'s that bit torrent thing and I can\'t do those.
Thanks
