Sorry to all those who clicked on this link and thought I had some important news about the breakfast being added to the bill....
Instead, I\'m looking for some help. Tomorrow (Wednesday) I am writing an article for the newspaper I work for about Bonnaroo tickets going on sale this weekend. I need to talk to people from Westchester, Rockland or Putnam counties in NY.
The people I know who fit this profile are jim cobb, alex, mama holly and kindm. If you guys read this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE call me for a quick chat. My office number is 914-666-6226. I get in at 10 a.m. The earlier the better. If there is anyone else who lives in the area, obviously please give me a ring.
Of course - and this should really go without saying - I will mention how the breakfast are being snubbed!
(I\'ll post a link of the article to the site when it runs. It\'d be great if it gets a lot of hits (the company tracks # of online hits). Who knows - if the article is really popular, maybe i\'ll get to cover the festival... a girl can dream, can\'t she? ....)
Much love...
yo.... not really fun the area, but I feel as though I can offer my opinion on this given subject. I am also submitting an article to my local and college newspaper about the tix going on sale as well as the entire festival scene in general. Going to try and work something in about this years Bonnaroo lineup, especially the snubs like the breakfast, keller, widespread, let me know others if I am forgetting them.. although this may not be a good idea since this IS only the initial lineup and we can all hope the breeakfast is added as soon as people come to their sensibilities
good luck w/ your article Rujah. but i definitely need people from the area. thanks anyways
Went to the 1st one and I have to say that that was the biggest waste of time and $$ ever. From what I\'ve heard its turned into nothing but 15-20 year olds
**** out of their mind. Nothing I like more than some annoying kid all
**** around me when I\'m trying to check out a band. Not worth the trip

No problem. It was a nice diversion. I will say that really
**** up kids are everywhere small and large festivals. Like last year when a kid came flying thru the small field at Strangecreek. Bumped in to the folks in front of us sitting in their chairs, spun around a few times before face planting right between their 2 chairs and then began to wet himself. It was pretty hilarious. He just slept in his filth for what seemed like hours. but we had a great time pointing and laughing
