seriously all the fan begging to get on festy bills is a bit pathetic at this point.

the breakfast has paid there dues and ripped it up at big festies before.

why does it take fan emails to get them on a bill?

how about the management and booking agent take care of business like they should.

Whatever, it can\'t hurt. Sure I\'d would like to think the booking agent/manager would be able to get them all the ser festie spots that they deserve, but how can writing a quick email hurt their chances?

We would all like them to play more big festivals but how many bills have fan emails ever got the band onto?

It\'s the booking agent and managers job and it really shouldn\'t be any problem whatsoever for a competent industry professional to get the breakfast on the bill for any stop on the jamband festy circuit.

I see your point about it not making much of a difference, Klout. You know, writing an email might not help at all. But I figure I\'d like to help out in case it does make even the slightest difference. :shrug:

No bones about it. Problem is... there has been a lot of NOTHING going on for a while combined with the fact that in many markets the band simply does not sell eough tickets.
Do I think fan requests work? Not really but, it does put the name in their minds and if enough people are talking about it...
Will 4 requests be enough to secure a spot.. NO.. will 400 or 4000... You can\'t deny the power of the people.
