Just wondering when the band plans on entering the studio. I don\'t think I\'ve ever been so impressed with a batch of new songs this much. It would be nice if we got something by Christmas....

i definitely dont think it will be happenng any time soon enough to have it out by christmas, but i hope they do all 4 parts of escher\'s. i want to see parts 1 and 2 on a proper studio album.

opening the disc with 1 and 2 and closing with 3 and 4 might be really coool if they pick the right songs for the album and arrange them into a tracklist that works.

nope, but escher\'s 1+2 on bona fide shouldnt even count at this point. and it definitely shouldn\'t keep it from appearing with 3+4. it was just a live album, and it faded out before the jam.

Since my comments **** everyone off already, I\'ll give my opinion on the tracks. If there are 2 or 3 more originals in the works that haven\'t been played, they should stay that way for a little surprise to the fan. As for Tunage and EE 3&4, I would leave them off the track listing since they written during a different incarnation of the band; half of the band is new since these song were debut\'d. I also feel that if you\'re going to record Synergy, you have to strip it\'s jams down like TGSOT was. If you want to release some of the older songs that are making their way into the rotation, I would suggest a double album; disc 1 - all new tunes / disc 2 - recently unrecorded breakfast favorites or classics. Personally, I would stick with 1 disc of new tunes.

boot the message and switch it out with LD and you got yourself a kick ass album right there, probably the best one to date.

Advances in Trances would be a perfect name too given their new sound. Advanced (in the direction of epicness)trance pretty much hits the nail on the head.

living daylights sounds like a real shitty 311 outtake. Can\'t believe you would switch that with The Message.

Eppy 3 would be a great way to kick off the album actually.

We only get 80 mins on a disc. Why waste it with something that\'s already on disc?
