Moe\'s festival Snow.down has dates for the end of March (it\'s on Killington\'s website). Not sure how they choose other bands, but it might be good to look into getting on the lineup, they are probably booking bands now for it.

Just out of curiousity, because this is one area I am completely unfamiliar about the band with... who is the "management" for the band? Do they regularly attend shows? Is it anyone that is typically around the scene? I only ask because I don\'t know...

afaik it is this company, not a specific person. (my educated guess). I\'ve received one "street team" email, about promoting the B\'fast show in Burlington; other than that, BFam and the band are the main promoters, in my opinion.

Thanks for the 411... I just find it odd, or I feel as though there is not much promotion put on for these guys. Since Kung Fu started they have been **** about promotions and going public. I realize that in years past the B\'fast was like this as well, but am I alone in feeling that there has not been as much public announcements made or promotion (aside from the members & the b\'fam) at least since the latest incarnation of the band? I do my best to promote gigs via fb, and invite new and old friends when ever there is a gig that is local. I admit I don\'t do as much for gigs that are outside of my travel range, but I\'ve taken up putting the gigs on .info as often as I can as long as I know when gigs are going to occur. Anyways... I\'m not at all trying to be negative, I just love these guys so much and as I\'m sure most of us do... I\'d love to see them catch a big break! But... without being the right promotion, I don\'t know if it will happen. I know this has probably been debated over and over through the course of the years. But it\'s never bad to bring things back to the surface sometimes...

this is basically the same old story we\'ve seen time and time again with the breakfast. Kung Fu has Josh Kroop promoting them who is local stays on top of things and can be seen at shows, its certainly helpful. he used to promote/manage the breakfast but that ended a long time ago and since then we\'ve seen a few companies come and go that as far as i know just book gigs and thats about it. they\'re faceless companies without any personal representation around to promote any of the gigs they put on. on our side of things, the band and fans have tried doing a grassroots thing here and there, but nothing ever stuck and what you see now is what we\'ve been dealing with for seemingly forever now.

I know, I know... I was originally just curious as to who the management was... and if its anyone I would have seen at shows. I remember the days of Kroop being the manager back in my days at UHA when I was first introduced to the (Psychedelic) Breakfast circa 2001. Long live the Breakfast no matter what the circumstances!

Only complaint I have is against me (not Me!). I don\'t get myself to even 1/2 of the shows that happen. Very grateful for the webcasts and tapes! My 1st priority is getting to more b\'fast shows, 2nd is getting more people to come & more venues to book the band. Lots of smart and creative people love this band, and even if they quit tomorrow (Never!), people in the future will still be rockin to recordings of the breakfast
