looks great chris, i agree with leith about the lights. those intelligent lights are off the hook, but sometimes using them alone makes it really difficult to actually see the guys. just my two cents.
talk to ellis....
i still have more work to do. its not as bad on the wide shot. i just didnt want one static shot for such a long time on the dark part. im going to figure something else out for the dvd, but i thought people would like to see this now.

That\'s all I am saying. I do not want to criticize too much as I know it will be looked upon as Sour Grapes.
.agreed from a photographers stand point. I do everything i can just to get the shots i have.
yeah, the knit was a VERY dark show. there were times when tim was doing some really cool stuff (lifting the guitar up into the air, etc), but no one could see it, because there was no front lighting..
I have commented numerous times on the lack of front lighting. The intellies are awesome, but just a little front lighting would help sooooo much for photos. I can\'t even begin to count how may times I\'ve watched a great moment pass by in the darkness.

Preposterous
What\'s preposterous is Tim ripping into a solo and he\'s in the Dark!!
Ellis, hook up the front lighting please. a simple strand of LED lights at the front of the stage would do wonders. i have blue ones around my bar that light up my whole room.
is this song being made a big deal because it was brought off the shelf? cause to me, it def doesnt not get the job done. why unshelve this song i guess is what i am getting at. does nothing for me and after listening to the show, is one of the lower points musically on the discs.
just my .02 flame away if you want to.

No the problem is not that he does not HAVE the front lighting. He does.
He just does not know how to use conventionals ALONG w/ his movers.
It has always been a problem for him since The Puppethouse and if he has not gotten a clue yet, I doubt he will. :sigh:

Yes that is the only reason.
I also do not think it\'s all that, but it is nice to have them bring back a song old school fans like and that they can reinterpet as The Breakfast.
I feel a shitstorm coming on soon...
because of what i said, TreyChica? i mean, i can see the old PBers diggin on it since its been retired for so long, but would they want to hear it everyother show? i certainly wouldnt......
as far a those ballad type songs go, i would rather hear Good Things.
No, It has nothing to do with what you said (coughLEITHcough). To each his own. You just need to sink into "Love Lake", I\'m sure if they keep on playing it eventually it will own your face. Because my dear friend, "Love Lake" in fact is a sick jam launcher......
eitherway, i def think "Epic" was the wrong choice of words.....
You havent swam in the Love Lake yet......
yeah, i gotta go w/ colin on this one. Epic is a drastic overstatement. I\'d use that term for Buquebus or Rufus, but Love Lake? I dunno about that. I\'d rather them bring back Kote, which I wouldn\'t call epic either, but I have more fun w/ that tune. Gypsy Girl, I can do w/o.
