i know this is way premature for the breakfast to be talking about halloween, but other bands (moe., umphrey\'s...) have already made announcements and i really want to get my

Agreed. I love me some Fu, but it\'s too "advanced" for some dirty partyin\' on Halloween, imo... but who knows?
Regardless, I\'d really love to hear some Breakfast dates far in advance so I don\'t plan something else (ala BreakFest vs. All Good) before the date\'s announced.

(have they said anything about halloween? also, do they draw any sort of crowd to connecticut? how about to new york? i only saw them on the boat cruise that one time. maybe do something in nyc with wounded buffalo theory, too? they draw well in the city and have a hell of a projections guy. actually, he just did projections at camp bisco. just thinking out loud here... could be ser times.)

i know indobox gets a pretty good crowd in boston, so i assume its similar in CT, maybe not as strong since they\'re from Allston. Either way, the Kung Fu addition on the Halloween lineup is a let down for me. Its the FREEKING FREAKOUT for christsakes, I don\'t want tim and adrian to have to spend half of their energy and preperation on a non breakfast set, thats short changing us Breakfast fans who look forward to this weekend every year to see the Breakfast do what they do best. And that is not shortening their set to make more time for Kung Fu and splitting the stage w/ them for the encore. Book as many Kung Fu shows any other weekend of the year, please keep the freakout holy for us breakfast loyalists.
I love Fu and The Breakfast for very different reasons. I don\'t think it\'s advanced, just a different avenue by which we might witness musical genius. Oh well, I know I don\'t have much to say that isn\'t sun and rainbows, but still....Any performance is better than none!

that said sat oct 30 albany midnight -3 am at the red door would be an awesome stop on the way to oct 31 someplace round ct on sunday.

i know the indobox guys well and have booked them before in NJ for a show of mine. i can email with them and see if they have halloween plans. They draw well in Ct and NYC. played the Highline a couple months back. great band that i love to go see. cant wait to see them this sat
