I started this morning like I do most, w/ a piece of toast, 18 cups of coffee and a casual flip through that bastion of FFld County high journalism... the Connecticut Post. To my surprise and delight, on the Front Page (of the Accent section): "1000 and counting... The Breakfast reaches a milestone with gig at Toad\'s Place on Saturday night".
I\'d post a link, but it appears that the folks @ ConnPost.com aren\'t as diligent as their traditional print coworkers.
However it\'s a nice long article w/ a few quotes from Ron... and a Dave Peck/ Good Time Boys reference!!
AWESOME!! I\'ve got a really good feeling about sat
sweet, stuff like this will def. help bring in some extra people. when you get the link or whatever please post it
Wow! Great news! The good ole New Haven Register is always pretty hard up for content, anyone see that today? (dude, this show is
tomorrow
)

I\'ve sent an email to the online content manager to see if it\'ll be posted online or if I can get an electronic copy... easier than scanning (its a 2 page -BIG article).
Nice!
I knew they were coming just didn\'t know it would be the day before, glad it has finally been printed.
well done, billy!
gets those slackers working over at the Post.
Did the register have anything in it? I didn\'t see it but, that doesn\'t mean its not there.
Still, according to Spears, The Breakfast\'s best shows occur when the guys are back home after spending time on the road.
"Usually, our shows after coming home from tour stand out because it\'s for all of our closest friends and fans,"
"if you\'re a jam band, you might as well not even put out a studio record because nobody\'s going to like it."
 We like it Ronnie, we like it!!!

the kudos goes to whoever got the CTpost to do the article. i\'m merely passing info on to those outta staters who aren\'t blessed w/ daily exposure to that shitty rag.
I don\'t see anything in the register either.

sad but its true, there are some good jam band studio albums out there, but I haven\'t heard many of them.

I believe the kudos goes to the management.
I was referring to how you got those sleep till 3pm slackers to get the correct link.
Does anyone else think its time for the band to get a new press photo? The current one they have is getting old and I never really liked it too much to begin with, good photo but I feel it makes them look, well, something, I don\'t know exact but something.
have you ever seen a press photo that wasn\'t kinda lame? If so, please post.
all I am saying is that it is the same exact photo used for last years Toad\'s Show, with all the photographers we have around, someone can\'t shoot another press photo, kind of keep it fresh? you know,
