It\'s been 3.5 years since I\'ve lived in Providence, but wasn\'t Jerky\'s more of a pool hall with a bit of a goth vibe or am I thinking of the wrong place that I used to stumble into? For the life of me I can\'t remember. I\'m also overdue for a visit to the ocean state, the last was almost a year ago to the date for my birthday which turned out to be a fiasco (I woke up in the hotel hallway, missing $400 or so out of my pocket).

providence doesn\'t have an equivalent to hula hanks, we\'re not that custy.
honestly its a pretty decent smaller sized music venue. my cousin\'s band played their last weekend during some metal fest and all types of music have come in and out of there this summer, including the brew, raekwon and krs-one.
