Free shows, good food, interesting place indeed.  First couple shows in summer of 2000 were electric before they went to acoustic format (if you can imagine all electric in that tiny room).

Not sure if this was mentioned already (I\'m not going to search through 7 pages of posts), but 11-25-2001 (Stolen Gear Benefit) was pretty epic.  A lot of now classic TB tunes played either for the first time or definitely 5 times or less; lots of good covers, and great sit-ins.  Check it out on archive.org.
The best music is essentially there to provide you something to face the world with - Bruce Springsteen
