I like the red on black like your avatar. have it say the breakfast in the real radio font across the back as well, and it\'d be money.
If we go with that I\'m not sure if they can do the "spherical shading" so it may just be flat red
they should be able to shade the red, its just another color thread than the other red (maroon would work). i also think you should add a small white border around each of the sections, it\'ll stand out more (like 1/16th or 1/8th of an inch would be good). that\'d work out to three thread colors.
