i\'m probably utterly wrong, but i thought the whole concept of the windows/sunroof was for more solar power. but it seems as though these cars are more electric than solar.
That car has to be outfitted with cells that absorb solar energy and convert it to power. I don\'t think this car is supposed to make that achievement.
i\'m pretty sure the ones mentioned above don\'t have cells, but i remember going through some of toyota\'s other concept cars and they did have fuel cells, such as the FINE-S.
looks like a \'concepted-out\' prius..
That\'s because it is.

if the doors make that cool enterprise bridge swoosh, then i\'m all for it. plus, it really makes me want to take my grandmother for a ride, just to hear her reactions!

I hope to be the first person to grow pot in that vehicle.

looks like a \'concepted-out\' prius..
That was my first thought.
omfg wait.. i just thought about how cars are starting to get bigger and bigger moonroofs and full-roof windows and whatnot.. um.. can you say \'big brother\' anyone?? i mean, seriously, with all the satellite technology today, these new car features are obviously being introduced for no other reason than for the government to be able to spy on our every move!! i will not conform to cars with big window roofs, and neither should you! come on people!! take the power back!!!
come on... you know someone was thinking it!
Seriously, what is the practical utility of a car with 100% sun/window roof? Who wants to bake with no sun protection all summer long?
-
aww...come on peck..you know they\'re making windows like that so our tans will be even ;)

I don\'t know...would you drive this thing?
no, but it\'ll never be available (in that form) to the public anyways, so it really doesn\'t matter..
looks like a \'concepted-out\' prius..

...almost seems like a video game.
This one also looks and sounds nifty. The Alessandro Volta :)

In 1800, Alessandro Volta arranged zinc and copper discs in a column and invented the battery. 204 years later, Toyota has electrified automotive history with the first high-performance hybrid, named in his honor. The Giugiaro-designed carbon-fiber body seats three people abreast and features "drive-by-wire" controls, allowing you to position the steering wheel and pedals in front of any one of them. And the Volta\'s 408-hp Hybrid Synergy Drive? (a 3.3-liter V6 with an electric motor for each axle) not only delivers 435 miles on a 13.7-gallon tank, but 0-60 acceleration in a mere four seconds. Somewhere, Count Volta is smiling.
that\'d be so weird with 3 people up front and you can drive from either side of the car or in the middle...definitely want to try that out!
