Well how was your "tweener" set Jeff?
It was fun. Hella nerve wracking (being my second solo show ever), but none the less fun. I have the board boot and will upload it to archive soon. You could here the nerves in my voice... but it\'ll become second nature, just like playing in my regular band, eventually. I\'ve got a few shows before my next Breakfast appearance, in NJ, so I\'ll be more comfortable then. Peaces.
Lexington, in response to me singing along to the Depeche Mode cover played by Bujak: "How do you already know the words to a Jeff Bujak song?"
"It\'s Depeche Mode; Sorry Chip".
:) Nice seeing you out there, and meeting you. Till next time.

i went down for a couple songs, there were some people digging it. i liked the psychedelic backdrop. definitely intense musac

Hey...HEY!!! Wasn\'t this thread about me?? Come on people... let\'s stay on track... sheesh!

I cannot stand George Bush.
I have said a bazillion things on here to that effect.
You do not need to give me a history lesson. I make a concerted effort to stay informed.

I am just sick of cheap, generic Bush insults, which are usually not backed up by a sufficient understanding of politics and current events.
I am also sick of people blaming everything that has gone wrong in this country on Bush. When people are perpetually throwing around Bush insults (which have gotten pretty played out at this point, IMO) it is often indicative of a spoonfed notion of the way things work. There are many people/events responsible for what is happening in this country.
There is plenty to complain about RE: Bush. But I am tired of people ONLY complaining about Bush. They should spend all of the time they waste doing that becoming more informed.
As far as Bush jokes go... I\'m just tired of them. It shows a frustrating lack of creativity.
So are you one of the %30 kool-aid drinkers that still think this **** is doing a good job ? Bush is a total asshat. He has done nothing for this country besides make it worse. Point to 1 thing he has done as president that was good for the country as a whole. His family is to blame for many of the evil things this country has done in the last 30 years. And they garnered their power from dealing directly with the Nazis during WWII. GHW Bush has the dirtiest of hands but is only trumped by his sons total incompetence.

I think until the man is out of office he should be ridiculed to no end.
rediculed, hung for treason... whatever
-
bad freddie :P

Bush jokes never get old. He is an easy target and personally I think every comedian should include one Bush joke in their act. Even if the comedy they do is not political.

That is your opinion.
Mine is the opposite.
Daily show >> "thatta way"
So, Jocelyn, you going to make it to the shows this weekend?
Wasn\'t planning on it... Syracuse is a 5+ hour drive for me.
I wish you had chosen Webster> Bill\'s Bar > Stone Church for your visit!

Hey Jocelyn who is the President of the U.S.? He proclaims himself as "the decision maker" thus the brunt of this Nation\'s problems lie w/ him.
Yes there are other people to blame but since most Americans are oblivious to anyone in government except for the very visible ones jokes are better understood by most if made about Bush.

Nothing George Bush has done to our country or our world in the last 6 years is funny in the least. Why should insulting him have to be funny?

jeff -- you\'ve been punk\'d..
it\'s no coincidence that this thread showed up within an hour of you joining the board.. no one hates you.. this was all just a big joke.
thanks for being a good sport. and welcome.
Revenge will be sweet! Headsup! HAHA!!!
Though I do agree somewhat w/ Freddie about your tunes it\'s more of just not my tastes.
It\'s obvious you don\'t suck @ what you do.
Good Luck w/ your " tweener" slot Jeff.
Don\'t sweat the haters.
I can\'t please everyone, but thanks for listening. Peaces.

All I can say is that I love what I do and that I never try to hurt anybody with what I do. If you don\'t like my music... that\'s ok. But really... the insults?
Now to answer what was said...
Man and machine is referring to me and my samplers and keyboards.
I\'ve actually never listened to Yanni, so I don\'t know if I sound like him, but I don\'t think I\'m ripping him off by not listening to him.
All in all, I\'m a Breakfast fan. That\'s why I\'m here. Not to be insulted. For those that read this thread and didn\'t get to make a judgement for themselves... go to jeffbujak.com and listen. Like it or not, please don\'t join in insulting until you can make your own judgment. that\'s all I have to say about this.
But I just posted a funny comment on his page... probally won\'t get posted... i told him, he should stopping ripping off yanni...and that he sucks! Basically...
HAHA!!! Yeah, I deleted it. Oh yeah... and you called me gay. But Yanni, dude, you can come up with something better than that? What about Tesh and ****?
Honestly, though, I don\'t listen to Yanni and such.
Oh yeah... and to defend my bio where it says "each piece being inspired by an existing period of time," meaning... my new album was written right after my best friend/ cousin drowned in Mexico and his body went missing. It was about 4 months of shitty living for me while the Mexican government wouldn\'t look for him. So during those 4 months, I wrote music to get me through it... visa vi, existing periods of time.

Real clever Bush insult by the way. I can tell you are a sharp, perceptive, avid follower of politics.
