I just saw this page....I didn\'t see it back when it was posted in February so I thought I\'d set the record straight on the WFD event. SINGLE stroke means no bouncing of the pedal. So yes....Caitlin did play with two feet but each stroke was individual. When drummers play a drum roll with their hands they let the stick bounce and get a buzz roll effect. Drummers can do the same technique with their feet. That is not allow in the WFD contest. You must play each stroke once...thus the single stroke terminolgy.

Anyway....the "World\'s Fastest Drummer" contest has been great for publicity but the record itself doesn\'t mean much...Caitlin knows that. It\'s like being able to hit a golf ball 350 yards...That\'s a long way but it doesn\'t mean you can beat Tiger Woods. Caitlin knows that being a total musician like Adrian, Tim and Ron is where it\'s at. She\'s so lucky to be able the jam with them.....

Speed is one thing, but this girl Caitlins also got a serious sense of groove and rhythm. I was really *really* impressed @ the Freakout when she opened for PB.

Adrian watch out bro, this reminds me of those kung fu movies where the student prodigy leaves his master and then comes back after kicking asses around the world for 10 years to challenge his sensei for the final battle!
