Well Nikki already established that nobody likes Jordan.... ;) Just kiddin El Brancho.......
Tim has been working very hard on his vocals as well as his showmanship thanks to Timmy Tour....and I believe it is very easy to see/hear the progress he has made.......
Now if we could just get some new tunes.....we may have something....
ya, bring on the fluffy songs with cool song names otherwise PansyTour won\'t take the band seriously with names like Garcian Fishbowl.......
F\'n idiots, luckily they locked the tread cuz i wanted to trash those asshats

I actually really like Tim\'s voice. Always have, and it is SO much better than it was.
I never was a huge fan of Jordan\'s voice however. Playing yes, singing not so much.
Hope that doesn\'t offend anyone.

The North Star is a strange room acoustically speaking....C-wick did a great job but the vocals were a bit muffled in my opinion.......
Honestly I think Tim\'s singing is the best its ever been and getting better each show....

wow, front page on jamBase. can\'t help but notice the article now

sweet press, did i read something about a "stellar light show"
props to u, Mr. Ellis

when you get down to it, any publicity is good publicity.

No matter two out of three xcellent reviews this week. At least the rags are paying attention to the band. For someone to say that Tim\'s guitar playing is better than is singing at least means they have paid attention enough to make a reasonable comment.
Not like SOME magazines folks......

well, i mean, how many jambands have strong vocals anyways? phish? moe.? the disco biscuits? umphrey\'s?
i can see a casual listener not loving it, but i can\'t see them being that bad. after seeing them so much, tim\'s voice and his quirkiness on stage are some of my favorite parts of the band.

definitely a nice review. i dont think his comment about tim\'s voice is that surprising. let\'s face it, the vocals are their weakness. tim\'s voice may not be painful enough to make you \'cringe\', but his singing face coupled with his voice is occasionally humorous and hard to take serious if you\'re not head over heels for them like we are here on this board. still, i think the review was solid. it was written on JAMbase, not CROONERbase.

:holyshit: positive feedback from "major players"
::pinches self::

Wow, that\'s a super descriptive review. Lot\'s of adjectives. I wonder if Tim\'s voice was just off that night, or was the guy saying he doesn\'t like Tim\'s singing in general?
Overall, happy to see such a positive review. :)

no i dont think this had been posted before. just finished reading the review, not too bad. sure was nice to watch that youtube clip of fire though. one problem i did have though is when he said tim\'s voice is a "clear weakness" for the band and tim should occupy more of his time on keys and guitar. ouch . . .
