"Volvo. They\'re boxy, but they\'re good."
Actually, the new ones aren\'t that boxy.
Been a Volvo man for ten years now and would not change. First of all, a 440 saloon, then two V40s, the estate/stationwagon version of the S40 (now replaced by the V50). The current one is a diesel too - 46-47 mpg on a combined urban/motorway cycle - also means I pay lower road tax as the car is greener.

that said... pics?? (of the car, pervs!!)
The only pics we have were taken with Bridget\'s cell phone. If there is way to upload those here, I don\'t know it (surprise, surprise).
How & where did the accident happen?
How- Bridget drives faster and takes more chances than a drunken NASCAR driver and it finally caught up with her.
Where- Route 9 New Britski en route to West Farms Mall

My wife totaled her 2003 Volvo S40 yesterday, and walked away unscathed.
Not a scratch on her , and only very minor aches and pains on the dreaded day after.
It was single car accident, no one else was hurt either.
She used to have a :cough: go cart :cough: Miata and it always made me uneasy that it was a damn death trap.
It took some convincing, but with the help of her family I talked her into the Volvo. Great decesion. For those unfamiliar, the S40 is the litte Volvo:

It\'s also the least expensive, so you don\'t have to shell out an arm and a leg for a little quality. We\'ll be getting her another one just like it.
