Saw a Breakfast Soul Finger at Mexacli Blues in 2005. Never again I said. With finger actions and everything. The song reminds me of Spies Like Us.

i wanna hear that song again too. i havent heard it in forever. same with \'soulfinger\' (i know..its kind of a corny one, but short) and it reminds me of \'spies like us.

was your first show a coincidence, or did you plan on seeing PB beforehand?
A little of both.
I found out about them a couple weeks earlier randomly by a friend googling psychedelic when he was bored. He stumbled upon their website, called me to check it out. I listened to some of the music links(Phaddy Boom got mad play) and went to Lou\'s Records found Bonafide and found out they were playing Winstons in a week so I went.

Isn\'t more fun when a song just gets "busted out"? If they bring back "Sylvia\', we\'re gonna get bitching for more new originals. I have never been disappointed by the song selection in a Breakfast setlist... let the band play!
However, "Sylvia" would be pretty cool.

If you want to bring back a classic, let\'s bring back Unmask the Batman. It was only played a two times and both times at Donovan\'s Reef - 8/26/00, 10/14/00. Unfortunately, neither shows seem to be in circulation.

Anytime I hear Soulfinger I think back on the trip down the mountain @ North Baja Bash w/ you and Todd when we went looking for liquor and food listening to it from I think an \'04 Chicago show.

I know I ask Tim every show I attend for them to play it.
All I get is that goofy smile and a shake of his head.
Sometimes a lame excuse about having to practice it or some bs like that.
