Believe me that the band is well aware of the .net site......and they are, and have been, in the process of getting it changed over.

i am with rcoster on this one.
everyone in the band is unbelieveably talented and the people involved with the band are very passionate and ambitious for them, but i think that in order for them to grow they need to get their **** together on the business/management side.

I\'ve been saying this for months....and I know rcoster, Holly, and I aren\'t the only ones saying it, either.

dave has his **** together. whoever runs .net obviously doesn\'t. fire the other guy, make dot-info the official band site and pay dave instead of that other slacker.

Everything that says Breakfast.net (CD\'s fliers presskits whathaveyou) should be linked to thebreakfast.info instead.

Obviously a lot more to be had and discovered over here even if it\'s a BB

I could not agree more.  I had been on .net many, many times before finally clicking the .info link.  This board has really revived my interest in going to Breakfast shows, not to mention introduced me to some cool people.

Also imo many official band sites are inferior to a good fan site.

nah i dont mean it like that man

i know that the people involved do eVERYTHING that they can to make it happen, and well ive always had a deep respect and i mean that most sincerely.

its just that in order to make the next jump (if thats what they want) i tihink they need to set up a bigger/more organized management

its nothing against the people that are there now

the band is most fantastic, that is really what i think

Or we should just redirect people to the list of Breakfast gigs on Jambase.com if people click the tour link.  A lot of bands do that, and it helps the statistics for the Breakfast on Jambase, since they calculate the # of times any given band is searched.

ok well no I don\'t. But anyhow...

I can\'t believe .net still isn\'t fixed. The "tour" link if nothing else needs to work. I know the list of upcoming gigs can be found from a link on the front page, but still.... You really shouldn\'t have to look aroubd for stuff. Not very professional looking.

Then again, I know nothing about website design/maintenance so maybe I really am jst being a ****...

Yeah I went there a couple days ago hoping they would have at least changed toward the new album design and what not and I too was disappointed.  You are definiteyl not bitching, but I believe the band knows their website is lacking and I am not quite sure excatly what they can do about it.  It has to be one of the reasons this bands struggles to gain to new fans. This seems to always be an issue with The Breakfast.
