How is this source compared to Dave Pec\'s?

daves mics were further back in the room so he could hook up to the sbd for a matrix, but the recording he has out is not the matrix recording. my mics were up front by the right stack on adrian\'s side, so i think this recording has more detail and sounds less distant.

i set up my mics where i thought it would sound best for an audience recording. dave set up his where it would work best for the matrix recording, but until the matrix is available i\'m listening to this one.

Nice job chris and ken for the great recording!
I like sound of the rodes better then the 480\'s although it\'s not a fair comparison because they were recorded in different locations.  Next show we have to set both mics right next to each other and A/b them.

is Philly next to go up?  was hoping to see it up first ;)

philly needed a little more work than daniel street. it should be up by morning. it will be worth wait because it sounds amazing. one of my favorite recordings ever.

daniel street came out great too. i used ken\'s stereo rode mic on adrians side by the right stack and was very happy with the recording from that location.
